CERTIFICATE TERMS This certificate entitles the recipient to complimentary access to the Traveling Otter membership website (members.thetravelingotter.com). Access is limited to the Premium Weeks inventory only. While other categories may appear on the site, they are not included with this certificate and may require an upgraded membership or additional fees. The certificate provides access to one (1) 8-day / 7-night Premium Week vacation at a special promotional rate starting at $399 or higher, depending on the selected resort and travel dates. Airfare, lodging, meals, transportation, and other personal expenses are not included and remain the responsibility of the guest. Membership access must be activated within 60 days of issuance, and once activated, will remain valid for 12 months. Travel inventory is subject to availability, and options may vary depending on dates, destinations, and unit sizes. All travel purchases made through the membership site are subject to the terms and conditions of the resort or supplier. Guests are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or incidental charges. Only one certificate may be redeemed per household. Certificates are non-transferable, hold no cash value, may not be resold, and are void where prohibited by law.
 

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY Traveling Otter acts solely as an accommodations agent and assumes no responsibility for loss, delay, accident, injury, or damage to persons or property, and no liability for services or acts performed or not performed by resorts or suppliers, or for cancellations caused by nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, acts of God, or any other causes beyond its control. This certificate has no cash redemption value, is non-transferable, and may not be resold to any third party. This promotional offer is not valid where prohibited or restricted by law, and all recipients are hereby placed on notice of their rights to cancel under Section
 

 

Details of Participation: We are delighted to provide anyone with a Discovery Preview of the Global Exchange Vacation Club.
