This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Resort Vacations Inc. ("RVI"). RVI, its agents, representatives, partners, affiliates, and all of their respective officers, employees, partners, clients, contractors, agents and/or representatives shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as "RVI Related Parties." Except where prohibited by law, RVI Related Parties may collect, use and disclose the personal information you provide when you enter to administer the Sweepstakes, for prize fulfillment, and to communicate with you about products and upcoming promotions. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents; however, it is void where prohibited by law or where applicable state regulatory and/or licensing requirements have not been met. Persons under 21 years of age, employees of RVI and RVI Related Parties and their respective immediate family members, and prior winners of the Sweepstakes are not eligible. Sweepstakes Period & ENTRY: The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 am Eastern Time ("EST") and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm EST. To enter for a chance to win, participants must complete an official entry form via a touch screen computer or tablet at events sponsored by RVI throughout the United States. Entries in violation of these rules or which contain errors, are incomplete, or are mechanically reproduced may not be accepted at RVI's discretion.
Grand Prize: One (1) prize each month for 2 tickets to an upcoming event selected by winner from a list of events provided by RVI at the venue where entry form was completed. Up to 12 Grand Prizes will be awarded. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $300.00 and the ARV of the Grand Prizes in aggregate is $3600.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize subject to change without notice; may be substituted with prize of equal or greater value due to prize unavailability.
Winner Selection: Monthly drawings held on or about the 5th day of the following month from when entries were collected ("Prize Drawing Date"). The Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries from prior month by random drawing. Up to four (4) alternate winners for the Prize may also be selected. The Prize Winner will be notified by email and/or a telephone call within approximately fifteen (15) days from the Prize Drawing Date. If the Winner fails to comply with these Rules, does not respond within five (5) days of RVI's attempt to notify, fails to return the Liability Release (see below) and, where lawful, the Publicity Release (see below) to RVI within the required time, or fails to meet obligations as set forth herein, the prize will be forfeited to an alternate winner, who is subject to disqualification in the same manner. Alternate winners (if any) will be selected (if at all) in the order they were drawn. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. All federal, State or other tax liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable.
Publication of Winner: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes agreement for RVI to use winner's name, photographs and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes (without review, approval or notification of winner) and in all forms of media, without compensation. Any use of robotic, automatic or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email (person assigned the email address by service provider) used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Rules, the decision or interpretation of RVI shall prevail. RVI shall have the right to disqualify any entries that RVI believes in sole discretion are fraudulent or otherwise improper or tainted (however, RVI shall have no obligation to identify such entries). Warning: any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is actionable.
Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Arbitration: Neither RVI nor any RVI Related Parties shall be responsible for or liable for: (i) misdirected or incomplete entries; (ii) telephone, network, Internet or computer malfunctions or transmission failures of any kind; (iii) any events beyond RVI's control that cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. By participating, entrants release, discharge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the RVI Related Parties from and against any and all claims (including, without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, intellectual property rights, defamation or invasion of privacy), demands, liabilities, costs or expenses of any kind (including reasonable attorneys' fees) for any damages, injury or losses, to any person (including death), of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or misuse of any prize, including any merchandise as applicable. By participating, entrants waive any right to ambiguity in the Rules. RVI's failure to enforce any provision of the Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Rules shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
The Rules and Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any conflicts of law rules. By entering this promotion, you agree you are subject to the following mandatory arbitration and waiver of class action and jury trial provisions. You further agree not to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages and further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, such exclusions may not apply to you. By entering into this promotion, you agree to indemnify, defend, hold harmless and fully release Resort Vacations Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates (collectively "Indemnified Entities"), and each of the Indemnified Entities' respective officers, directors, agents, contractors and employees for, from and against any claims, costs, damages, liabilities and/or losses (including, without limitation, personal injury and death and attorneys' fees) they may incur in connection with this Sweepstakes and/or any prize(s) awarded in connection herewith. The Sweepstakes Winners' List will be updated within 30 days of each Drawing Date and will be available for up to three months after conclusion of the Sweepstakes. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither RVI nor any RVI Related Party shall be responsible or liable for: (i) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, inaccurate, or garbled entries; (ii) any telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any condition caused by events beyond RVI’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iv) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prize; or (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages; therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RVI and RVI Related Parties, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Indemnified Entities”), and each of the Indemnified Entities’ respective officers, directors, agents, contractors, and employees, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) any breach of these Rules by entrant; or (iii) acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Governing Law; Dispute Resolution. These Rules and any dispute arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Rules or the Sweepstakes (“Dispute”) that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, except as modified herein. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in Orange California, or, at the entrant’s election, by videoconference or telephone. The AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules are available at www.adr.org.
Waiver of Class Action and Jury Trial. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. ENTRANT AGREES TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OF ANY KIND IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT.
California Arbitration Opt-Out. If you are a California resident and do not wish to be bound by the arbitration and class action waiver provisions above, you must notify RVI in writing within thirty (30) days of completing your entry form. Your written opt-out notice must be signed and sent to: Resort Vacations Inc., Attn: Legal Department, 27405 Puerta Real Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691. Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other provision of these Rules.
Severability. If any portion of this provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed, and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim shall be litigated in court and severed from any arbitrable claims.
