Redeeming Your Vacation

Step 1: Activating Your Certificate: Visit ActivateMyTrip.com and log in or create an account. Activate your trip using your Activation Code, Package Code, and Vacation ID. You must activate your certificate by the Activation Deadline shown. You must select a primary destination and an alternate destination. Step 2: Deposit Payment: After your certificate has been processed, you will be able to access your deposit payment form in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Print the deposit payment form and mail it to Casablanca Express, Inc. (CBE) at the address provided, along with a personal check, cashier’s check, or money order for the required $100 refundable deposit and $280 tax deposit. Certain dates and destinations may require an additional fee, which can be paid at the time of booking. You may request the return of your deposit at any time prior to purchasing your accommodations. Within five business days of receiving your payment form and deposit, your payment will be posted to your account in the My Trips section. You will have 12 months to complete travel from the date your payment posts to your account. Step 3: Requesting Your Travel Dates: Once your payment has posted to your account, you may request your travel dates by calling the toll-free reservations department at (800) 315-2065. You must provide three travel dates with a minimum of 60 days’ advance notice, and all three dates must be at least 30 days apart. All reservations are subject to availability. There is generally limited or no availability during major holiday weeks, including President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, as well as during Spring Break and certain special events. Within five business days of requesting your travel dates, your confirmed travel date and destination will appear in the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Step 4: Finalizing Your Vacation: Approximately 30 to 60 days prior to your travel date, a travel agent will contact you by phone and/or email to finalize your vacation details. Once your vacation details are finalized, your accommodations will be purchased. Your tax deposit will only be refunded if you request cancellation before CBE purchases your accommodations. If you purchase any optional upgrades through your travel agent, your tax deposit will be applied toward the cost of the upgrade, and no deposit refunds will be issued once an upgrade purchase has been made. Step 5: Final Travel Documents: Approximately 21 days prior to your travel date, your final travel documents will be uploaded to the My Trips section of ActivateMyTrip.com. Your documents will include your condominium stay voucher. Please print your travel documents and follow the instructions to check into your accommodations.

 

Terms and Conditions

Travelers are responsible for all government-imposed taxes, condominium cleaning fees, applicable resort fees, and incidental expenses. The $280 tax deposit will be applied toward applicable condominium fees, cleaning fees, and government taxes at the time of booking. Amounts vary by destination and prevailing rates, but total taxes will not exceed $280. The $280 tax deposit will only be refunded if you cancel prior to CBE purchasing your accommodations. Any remaining balance will be refunded by check approximately 10 days prior to your confirmed travel date. Travelers are also responsible for transportation, meals, resort fees, government-imposed taxes, cleaning fees, and incidental expenses such as parking, gratuities, phone calls, and entertainment. Any remaining tax deposit balance, if applicable, will be refunded by check approximately 10 days prior to travel. If you cancel after CBE has purchased your travel arrangements, the entire tax deposit may be used to pay cancellation penalties imposed by CBE and/or the travel provider. If you cancel at any time, this certificate will be deemed void. Once your travel date has been confirmed, no changes are permitted. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in, and a credit card or additional deposit may be required to cover incidental expenses.This certificate is void where prohibited by law and may not be combined with any other discount or promotion. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this certificate. This certificate is not valid for group travel, which is defined as two or more certificate holders traveling together using multiple certificates. CBE is not responsible for any accident, injury, theft, property damage, or personal loss in connection with transportation, accommodations, or other travel services arranged under this certificate. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment breakdowns or defects, flight cancellations or delays, itinerary changes, strikes, inclement weather, theft, terrorism, civil unrest, or acts of war.
